Mr. Carl Payne

Carl Payne, an accomplished actor with many projects under his belt is well known for his roles in Television Situational Comedy(s) (Sit-Com) the “Cosbys” and “Martin”. An entertainer since he was 10 years old, he hails from Harlem, USA by way of New York. His credentials are vast as he has attended: The First All Children’s Theater, an off-Broadway repertory theatre company, the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and the Performing Arts of New York and Howard University. Payne can be seen currently playing an FBI agent, and later as FCC field agent on the Ricky Smiley Show. He has a current “selfish” motive to assist others and be their reason for success or shine his star on them.
