Webster defines reciprocity as the practice of exchanging things with others for mutual benefit. Basically receiving at the same level or better than you are giving.  I'm at a point in life where if you are not giving me the same level of energy, respect and excitement, I'm giving - we are renegotiating our contract. 

It's time to stand up, be bold and demand respect! But it begins with you! You MUST respect yourself. You MUST want more for yourself. You MUST demand more from yourself. Join me as I sprinkle a little motivation and a whole lot of self revelation on the subject.

Many times women allow past trauma to hold them back from developing true relationships. You were NOT created to live alone in this world. YOU MUST connect with others but make sure you are connecting with the right person. The person you admire the most, probably has characteristics that others admire about you. Remember you attract what you are not what you want. 

When you learn to love yourself the more peace you have. We must learn to "love it! If you can't love it, accept it! If you can't accept it, change it! And in the midst of it be patient!"
