What's holding you back from pursing your dreams? Is it fear? It it a lack of knowledge? Is it a lack of clarity?
What if I told you it's the LITTLE THINGS!! We all have a little girl that lives inside of us. She has seen EVERYTHING you have seen. She has experienced EVERYTHING you have experienced. YET she does not have all the life experiences you have and sometimes she needs to be nurtured and cared for so you can be the woman you desire to be.
In this episode we talk about how to protect the little things. When things seem hectic, it may be time to reconnect to that little girl and find your safe space. Let her be the a gentle reminder that you are enough and you can do all things you desire to do. Let's go!
Are you a rule follower or a rule breaker? That's NOT a trick question but most people do fall in one of these categories. They either follow the rules or they break all the rules!
Yes there is a handful of rules that you break and then there are rules you adhere at all times. BUT can I tell you a secret if you are willing to break any rules, you are a rule breaker! You realize there are some rules that just don't apply to you or that you are willing to tweak to accommodate your life. For example, you may lean more to driving the speed limit but on occasion you speed to get where you need to go - rule breaker! And guess what it's okay!
For years I was the rule follower... I would make sure I followed the rules because I didn't want to offend anyone. I was so adamant about following the rules that I would "hurt" myself just to keep from offending anyone. Well needless to say now, I am definitely a RULE BREAKER! In fact, some would say I always break the rules!
In this episode, I share with you what happened to cause me to change and FOUR rules I think every woman should consider breaking.

Over the last few months, I have had clients and friends tell me how overwhelmed, anxious or depressed they have been lately. Real Talk - I'm right there with them! Whether it's the hustle from the holidays, the workload, the children, the husband, dating, or just being a woman - life can be too much some times!!!
Can you relate? If so this episode is for you!
The world is opening back up and we are all ready to start "life-ing" again or at least create some form of normalcy of life. When you've been living a certain way for a long time and there's a disruption, it can be hard to not want things to go back the way they were. Unfortunately THAT is the reason we are all up in our feelings. Let's talk about it as I share my interpretation of why we are struggling. At least why I believe I was struggling.

This episode was released the day we celebrate one of the greatest motivators in the world (my opinion). BUT I'm wondering how many of you have set your dreams aside because someone told you they wouldn't work or you tried them in the past and they didn't work?
This week's affirmation:
I am woman. Phenomenal, Bold, Beautiful and Fierce. My dreams matter and I will walk towards them, live them, be them!
Have an amazing week.

Have you ever thought:
I have!!
Most of us have taken an opportunity to do an inventory of last year and created some type of "plan" for what we want 2023 to look like. Maybe you call them resolutions or goals or manifestations - whatever you call them I bet you said "this year will be different!" I want that for you. I want this year to be different from any other year in your life.
I want it to be filled with opportunities and prosperity. I want it to be intentional. I want it to be filled with love. I want it to be filled with happiness. I want the best for you. That's it I want all of that for you!
I also want you to be intentional in everything you give your attention to this year. I want you to understand WHY YOU ARE HERE! I want you to know everything you are experiencing in life is necessary and you are exactly where you need to be at this point in your life. I also want you to know you are not alone!
So often we become sidetracked by the things happening in our lives that we miss the obvious reasons for why they are happening in our lives. Listen in to Episode 30 as I share my ah-ha moments of prepping for 2023.

Are you with the rest of us walking around yelling "New Year, New Me!"? Year after year I see New Year Conferences named "New Year, New Me. I see post on social media professing it's time to do something different. More and more people are declaring January 1st the day their NEW life begins. Unfortunately it seems to last about 6 weeks and we go back to the old way of doing things.
You can go and listen to Episode 16 - YOLO or Episode 21 - Change Requires Change to hear why it's important to allow change to occur BUT for this one - I want to ask a question. What does NEW YEAR, NEW ME mean to you? Are you saying you don't like the way things were? Are you saying there are things you want to change? Are you measuring yourself against someone else's factious narrative?
Girl, Stop that! Remember what you see on social media is not always truth. So many people are posting smiling pictures after crying themselves to sleep the night before. So many are filing for divorce after posting pictures of "the best baecation" ever! How about we normalize measuring ourselves against ourselves and get rid of the whole comparison!
What if I told you you are enough. You are good enough. You have always been good enough. You just was giving all your goodness to the wrong person. Let's dive in and make 2023 all about ME!
Last week we talked about how to support our strong friends. If we (strong women) don't know how to accept help. Not because we don't want it but because we have had to be strong for so long that we don't know what to ask for. We've always been the one to offer help. Looking for solutions to every problem even becoming obsessed with finding the solution.
We this week I want to talk to the my "strong" friends. You know who you are. The one everyone comes to. The senior leaders. The HWIC. The one who the buck stops at. The one who is constantly trying to hold it together in front of everyone but crying in the shower. I'm talking to you.
At some point you have to be willing to accept help. You must be willing to ask for help. You must realize you don't have to be superwoman ALL the time. Take off the damn cape!
We all have that person we go to when things get rough but do you know how to support them during their challenges? Trust me you cannot approach your strong friends the way you approach those that come to you for help (catch that).
What is a strong friend? How do you identify them? How do you help the person that seems to have it all together? In today's episode we will talk about it.
Let's GO!!

In today's episode I share my secret for showing up as a BOSS in your life unapologetically.
