With Homelander (Antony Starr) backing her plan, a dangerous plot unfolds to replace Singer and his "woke mob." Homelander’s villainy is on full display as he manipulates the elite, framing their coup as a necessity to prevent a supposed liberal takeover. Amidst this chaos, the episode ventures into NSFW territory, reminiscent of past shockers like "Herogasm." The episode also delves into Butcher’s (Karl Urban) psyche, revealing his hallucinations of Joe Kessler (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) as a manifestation of guilt. With Election Year gearing up between Donald Trump & Joe Biden, this season seems to be honoring the America we know.
