Today I share our ups and downs we've experienced over the past two years with our Miniature Australian Shepherd Dog Gunnar.

From the excitement of bringing home a new puppy to some really unwanted behavior that not only caused stress in our relationship but in our home and overall health of our family dynamics.

This is my very first episode of The Breakthrough Podcast and I am so pumped to share a bit about myself, why I decided to launch my own show and dive into how to show up for ourselves even when life gets hard. I'm 30 years old & live in a small country pace town called Lumsden with my husband Jason & our adorable cat Kaos and energetic Mini Aussie/Heeler Scarlett. I'm a successful full time corporate worker for a promotional product company & have an entrepreneur heart who's built a wellness side business. I spend alot of my down time helping other women not only work on their own health & fitness goals but also build that belief in themselves to do the thing they've been called to do in this life.
