People Pleasing: a person who has an emotional need to please others often at the expense of his or her own needs or desires. I used to be a people pleaser. It wasn't fun. I put everyones needs before mine. I second guessed everything I did to try to make others happy. It wasn't fun. I am going to go over 10 Signs of people pleasing. This isn't meant to make you feel bad if you are one. This is meant to bring awareness, because awareness is the first step!
So if you’re someone looking to worry less, stop second guessing your decisions and start doing more of what makes YOU happy without always searching for the approval of others this might be for you! I’m putting together a pilot program to teach a small handful of people how to do exactly what I did to stop people pleasing and become more confident using my exact process. Self-sabotage refers to behaviors or thought patterns that hold you back and prevent you from doing what you want to do. When people self-sabotage, they often engage in self-defeating behaviors like procrastination, perfectionism, negative self-talk, avoidance, or conflict. Often driven by anxiety, fear, and self-doubt, they undermine their efforts to build the life they want. Self-sabotage becomes specifically problematic when the behavior becomes a habit, done so automatically that you don’t even fully realize you’re doing it or that it is leading directly to negative consequences.
In this episode we talk about:
-What Is Self-Sabotage?
-Signs You’re Self-Sabotaging
-Why Do People Self-Sabotage?
-How Self-Sabotaging Behavior Impacts Your Life
-How to Stop Self-Sabotaging

With his limitless patience for the struggle of the couple, Derek Hart helps couples make connection again, a full emotional re-attachment of their relationship. For 31 years, Derek has fine-tuned his craft by making contact with his own inner wounds, and turning those wounds into profound, clearly actionable steps couples use to heal. Derek's mission is to prevent the endless hours of the couples argument, and turn that into short, often 10-minute moments in time for a couple to truly understand what no longer works. Through a workshop, a conference lecture, and 36,000 hours of coaching, Derek's heart shines through as he sits inside the couples dilemma with them, until they make sense out of their struggle, and finally nurture each other to have the dream they started with.
