Bryan and Gina reconnect in the aftermath of Halloween evening to recap their different but also similar experiences with the holiday. Gina opens the show with a discussion of how holidays have evolved as people age and how Halloween is an entirely different experience as an adult. Bryan also weighs in with some great tips on little known L.A. Halloween experiences and a controversial take on Corned Beef.

Bryan and Gina link up on Halloween morning to discuss their very different pre-halloween weekends. Bryan starts off with his action packed weekend including a school halloween fundraiser, pumpkin patch visit yielding a new pet and a questionably tasteful costume. Gina then takes over as she describes a much more subdued weekend culminating in a winter onesie.

Bryan and Gina welcome back to the show returning guest and acclaimed film director Darren Bousman from the 'Saw' franchise of movies. In honor of the 'spooky season' Darren gives his thoughts on various haunted houses and experiences around L.A., weighs in on Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights and gives a little behind the scenes info on custom tailored experiences that Darren arranges as a side side hustle.

Gina and Bryan are back recounting their late October weekends which saw Gina heading out to the valley to find some pre-halloween haunts with friends that led into a sleepover for Kidboy. Bryan meanwhile opted for a more indoor weekend experience as he spent over six hours in various cinemas over the weekend seeing two very different films.

With Taylor Swift and Beyoncé dominating at the box office, we thought today would be a good time to discuss something Los Angeles gets a lot of: concerts. Bryan and Gina discuss their favorite venues and best memories of their combined 40 years of consuming live music at venues all across Los Angeles.

Bryan and Gina return to hear about Bryan's weekend experience attending the Ian's Friends Foundation charity gala that we highlighted in our September episode with guests Sydney and Joey Meller. After telling us all about his wonderful experience he hands the baton to Gina who details an intended low key weekend that turned out to be anything but.

Stories' that recently launched on the Los Angeles Magazine YouTube channel and even gives them a sample of a few of the stories she's recently covered.

Bryan and Gina connect with heavy hearts as they discuss their shared sadness and frustration at events going on elsewhere in the world. In an attempt to cheer things up Bryan recounts seeing a good friend ply his trade for the first time after many years of friendship. Gina also jumps in with a story about connecting two strangers who became fast friends as they shared how the unwittingly impacted each other's lives.
