Whats really going on with what you see when you are speaking to the builders, are they giving you all the information they should be so you can make an informed decision?? i have a funny feeling that they may not be doing that.....

What is everyone really protecting by not being transparent?? and honestly this goes both ways with transparency so prepare to be challenged by this!!
