The big ugly, “No thanks” that we all end up hearing, but don’t always know how to deal with it when we do.

We're going to break down the top five sales objections and how to handle them, so when you are faced with someone questioning if they want to buy from you or not, you can have a plan in place to turn their “ummmm" into a "heck, yes!”

There are plenty of reasons why your potential customers might say no to you, but these are the most common objections that customers use to reject a sales pitch.

"It's too expensive"

"I need to talk to my boss/partner/spouse"

These objections can be frustrating when you hear them, but they are don’t need to be the end of sale for you. With the right approach and the right language, you can handle these objections and turn them into sales.
