Women & Wellbeing with Natalie Anderson

The Capsule in Conversation with Poppy Jamie

Listen Later

This week Natalie is joined by Author, Entrepreneur & founder of the ‘Happy Not Perfect’ platform Poppy Jamie to talk flexible thinking and avoiding burnout.

Discussing Poppy’s personal experience of work addiction and negative core beliefs which ultimately lead to her being hospitalised, Poppy talks how her road to recovery lead her to a place of enlightenment and launching her own wellbeing app, podcast and now hugely successful self help book.

During the conversation she highlights how the way we see ourselves is often formed during our formative years from 0-6 and how we can retrain our brain to break negative thought patterns and live a healthy, fulfilled life.
