  • Episode 28: 8 suggestions to help ease separation anxiety

Separation anxiety, especially around sleep, is completely normal and natural. But it can be a very frustrating and tiring time for both you and your Small. It can happen at any time; I don’t believe that it happens at a set age or stage.

The most common causes for some separation anxiety is when they’re about to go through a huge learning leap or learn a new skill and a change in their childcare circumstances.

Whilst it’s a frustrating stage for sure, separation anxiety doesn’t need fixing, and you certainly don't need to force them to be less clingy. However, there are some things you can put in place to help ease the anxiety for everyone!

Tune into this episode where I’ll share 8 caring suggestions that could help ease you and your Small’s separation anxiety.

How are they going to nap at nursery if they’re boobed to bed at home?

What if they fall asleep on the way back from nursery?

Why do they battle naps at home but sleep ok at nursery?

Plus I answer 6 of the most popular questions that you’ve sent me.
