Now the CEO of Gethner Education Coaching & Consulting, Stuart has coached hundreds of students on how to invest successfully. He also founded and actively heads Networking REI, a thriving real estate investing group that meets on a monthly basis.

Over the years, Stuart has acquired a great deal of experience in purchasing with cash, traditional financing, seller financing, and hard money lending. In addition, he has participated in Lease / Options, Subject To, wholesaling, Fix-&-Flips, as well as his favorite: Buy & Holds.

She and her husband of 25 years, Troy Powell, are parents of six homeschooled children ages 24 to 10. Troy has an IT background with a passion for details and serving others to help reach financial independence and give back.

Emma manages the Rise Commercial Real Estate Investing Club, a place for new and experienced investors alike to pool funds to purchase large properties together for a lower barrier of entry and less work.

With extensive property and construction management experience, Emma specializes in small businesses and holds a BS in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Management with a certificate in Marketing Graphic Design. Emma's favorite part of investing, other than passive cash flow, is building teams to creatively get transactions to the finish line.

Today Jonny talks about the short-term rental market with Tim Hubbard. Tim is an international real estate investor, world traveler, and self-proclaimed digital nomad. He also owns and operates a multi-million dollar short-term rental business, REST Methods.

Tim is originally from Sacramento, CA, and started his career in real estate as an investment broker selling multi-family and commercial properties in Northern California. He worked with a small team of five who completed over $2 billion in transactions cumulatively. He has been personally investing in real estate for the last 11 years. He has since acquired a multi-million dollar portfolio comprised primarily of small multi-family properties in multiple markets.
He has traveled extensively throughout the world in over 70 countries and stayed in hundreds of different short-term rental accommodations. About 7 years ago, he realized the high returns that could be made from converting properties into furnished short-term rentals and renting them by night. Through trial and error, he has figured out how to set up operations so that the business could be passive. He has since successfully accommodated over 15,000 guests with excellent reviews from all over the world.

He continues to expand with his teams' help and manages everything remotely from his home in Medellin, Colombia. He also teaches others to do the same. He shows them how they can successfully increase their income 3, 4, or even 8x by implementing the right strategies to convert existing long term rentals into nightly rentals.

He’s a co-author in the Amazon best-selling book “Resilience” and the host of the popular “Short Term Rental Riches” podcast.
