    In this new episode of Defence Deconstructed, Dave Perry talks to Andrea Lane and Dr. Alan Okros about diversity and inclusion in the Canadian Armed Forces and the challenges ahead.

    Andrea Lane is an Assistant Professor at the Canadian Forces College. She holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science from Dalhousie University and an MA in International Affairs from Carleton University. She is currently a PhD candidate in Political Science at Dalhousie, with a concentration in international relations and feminist political theory.
