In this solo episode, we explore the throat chakra; the energetic center of truth, expression, and authentic communication.
I share how fear of the dark and the shadow self can keep us silent, and why learning to speak through that fear is one of the most healing things we can do.
You’ll hear stories from the Choosing Woo women, my personal reflections, and practical ways to strengthen your throat chakra; like humming, singing, and speaking your truth in small, courageous steps.
This episode is an invitation to embrace your darkness, find your voice, and remember that your truth is medicine.

This episode is another guest interview with the amazing Anna Quigley- She is a spiritual seeker and after a lifetime of searching for her 'purpose', she is now coaching midlife (and beyond) women who feel that 'unnamed' inkling or urge that there is more to do for their second half. She combines science with spirit, clarity with Intuition, add in Sensory Imagination and Quantum Mind-Body techniques and this is one powerful woman!
We speak about her own journey with choosing herself and how this has led her on the most aligned and magical path, how it is more than ok to change your mind in midlife and beyond and how she guides women to do the same.
It was truly a fun and inspiring chat and if you'd love to follow along with Anna or work with her - you can find your details here:

Together we reflect on being okay with rest, receiving support, and letting play back into our lives as medicine for the heart.

In this solo episode, I share the journey of exploring the solar plexus chakra; the fiery center of our personal power, courage, and authenticity.
I share about the embodiment practices we explored in the Choosing Woo group journey, and how the solar plexus shows up not only in our posture and boundaries but in the way we meet life when it doesn’t look how we imagined.
This fortnight brought frustration, anger, and moments of shrinking back to keep others comfortable. But it also offered me the chance to stand taller, say the hard things, and notice how fire transforms what it touches.
I also share from a very real place about one of my shadows, my ongoing money story, and how I’m learning to hold shame and impulsivity with more awareness as I step into new chapters of life.
This episode is an invitation to explore your own relationship with power, boundaries, and fire, and to notice where you’re shrinking, and where you’re ready to stand tall.

Sometimes we can feel like our magic has slipped away, and these past few weeks, I felt that deeply.
In this solo episode, I share an honest reflection on feeling out of alignment, navigating doubt after a challenging medium reading, and questioning my path after seeing others pivot in their journeys.
I take you through what unfolded in our sacral chakra session of the Choosing Woo group journey; somatic dance, erotic writing, and connecting with desire, and how leaning into what truly lights me up helped me anchor back into joy, pleasure, and flow.
From breathwork to ecstatic dance, community, nature, and connection with my partner, I found the spark returning and the magic starting to flow again. This episode is for anyone feeling a little lost or disconnected from their own joy, and a reminder that sometimes, the way back to magic is simply returning to what lights you up.

In this episode, I reflect on our latest group journey session exploring the root chakra and the power of creating safety within yourself. We dive into how embodiment practices, loving witnesses, and the act of fully receiving can open new depths of connection—with yourself, others, and even nature.
I share a personal story about a belated birthday celebration that challenged me to truly receive love, and how that experience unlocked a deeper level of intimacy in my relationships. Plus, we explore the wisdom nature offers when we take the time to listen and connect.
A gentle invitation to soften, feel safe, and remember that safety and belonging are born both within—and in the presence of those who hold us with love.

Instead of just a moment of magic, it's a commitment to trust what you feel… even when it terrifies you.
In this episode, I sit down with my mentor Rhi Thistlethwaite for a powerful conversation on intuition, inner knowing, and learning to live guided by something deeper than logic.
We speak into:
- Her incredible journey with clair-sentience — the gift that often felt like too much
- How she has navigated the fear of her own power
- Moments she chose the pull of her intuition over the chatter of the mind
-The wild, beautiful things that unfolded when she said yes to the unknown
What it truly means to live a life guided by trust, instead of control
This one is raw, real, and full of reminders that the magic doesn’t come from having it all figured out — it comes from choosing yourself, over and over again.
The woo is always whispering.
Will you follow?
