In this episode, I reflect on life as a gift, the courage to show up as yourself, and the subtle way the mind tries to convince you that it’s safer to stay small.
After a week surrounded by women speaking about pleasure, desire, and truth, I realised something powerful: pleasure cannot exist in survival. It lives in safety, in presence in living fully as you.
We explore:
– The spiral of life and how to not get too caught in the depth
– The cost of giving your energy away
– Why breathwork is a doorway into possibility
– What desire actually means to you
– And who you are becoming as you approach your next chapter
As always this episode is about choosing all of life.

Safety is often spoken about as something we either have or don’t have. But what if safety is something we build, expand and redefine over time?
In this solo episode, I explore the many ways safety can be cultivated through lived experience, nervous system awareness and deep self-trust.
Drawing from my own life and the root chakra session inside the Choosing Woo Group Journey, I share how safety isn’t always found in comfort. Sometimes safety is created through observation, giving ourselves space before responding. Sometimes it’s built by doing the uncomfortable thing and expanding our capacity. Sometimes it’s in saying no without explanation. And sometimes, it’s in doing absolutely nothing at all.
Safety is relational. It is transient. It evolves as we do.
Inside this episode we explore:
Nervous system regulation and internal safety
Root chakra foundations and belonging
Boundaries as a form of self-trust
Expanding capacity without abandoning yourself
Redefining what “safe enough” really means

In this episode, I’m joined by Mia, a soul-led entrepreneur, intuitive medium, and former elite boxer turned multidimensional guide.
We explore the powerful and often confronting transition from pushing the body to its limits, to learning how to listen to it as a living, breathing source of wisdom.
Mia shares openly about her past in elite boxing, the toll it took on her body and menstrual cycle, and the ongoing practice of staying connected to herself and her intuition in a world that glorifies force over feeling.
This conversation weaves body and spirit, discipline and devotion. We speak about what it means to become a “clean vessel” without slipping into perfectionism, how to honour the body without controlling it, and why embodiment isn’t about getting it right but about staying in relationship with yourself.
A grounded, honest, and expansive conversation for anyone learning to soften without losing their power, and to trust the intelligence held within their own cells.

In this solo episode, I reflect on the very real contrast between living in chronic stress and living from a more regulated place and how profoundly that difference affects the body, mind, and overall wellbeing.
I share how the current heaviness of the world can quietly add to ongoing nervous system overload, why spiritually bypassing no longer feels true to me, and why getting completely bogged down doesn’t help either. I don’t have answers for how to “fix” what’s happening globally, but I do know how important it is to stay connected to ourselves, our bodies, and each other.
This episode is an invitation to come back into regulation, to prioritise joy, play, and connection, and to remember that being weird, laughing, and feeling safe with others is kind of essential.

Elise Kovacs is the co-founder of Source 88 and a devoted space-holder for healing, remembrance, and self-trust.
In this conversation, Elise shares her journey through a Dark Night of the Soul, meeting her partner and twin flame, and the intuitive moments that shaped her path into motherhood, including the way her children communicated with her before birth.
We speak openly about her experience of sexual abuse by her father, the impact of confronting him and being met with denial, and how these experiences have shaped her relationship with herself, her body, and her life.
Woven through the conversation are themes of breathwork, trusting your inner knowing, and the quiet, courageous work of living in truth. You can find Elise & Source 88 via the links below:

In this episode, I sit down with the luminous Sarah Anderson; a old mother of four (plus two wonderful stepchildren), a former corporate high-flyer turned family-business powerhouse, and a woman who has rewritten her entire relationship with spirituality.
She began her re-awakening in 2018 and has followed the call ever since; exploring Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Quantum Healing, Crystal Healing, and Transference Healing… not to become a practitioner, but simply because her soul was hungry to learn... A true Virgo move.
Together, we talk about what it looks like to redefine spirituality in real time, how our 1:1 work together reshaped her inner world, and how she discovered that the "spiritual work" isn’t always about grand gestures, often, it’s found in presence, listening, and loving people exactly as they are.
This episode is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember that your path gets to be uniquely yours.

This episode is the first interview of season 2 and is with Pheonix Rose; this woman is raw, real and deep.
Phoenix is a white moon witch, writer, intuitive guide and earth priestess and the founder of the Original Yoni Steaming Saddle & The Alchemy of Softness.
With deep presence she creates spaces and rituals where you are free to be yourself, rip off masks and radically accept all parts of yourself.
She is here to smash the stigma and share her voice, her story and her soul, everything she is and everything she does has been born from lived experience.
She's sat with shame and now she dances naked in the moonlight, her role this lifetime is to give you permission to be all of who you are, fully & unapologetically.
In this episode, she speaks openly about her history with addiction, her time in prison, and the profound shifts that unfolded through those chapters, it is a very honest and raw episode.

In this first solo episode of Season 2, I’m sharing some of the questions and realisations that have been reshaping how I see spirituality, life, relationships & community.
From noticing how easily spirituality can become a form of escape, to sitting with the discomfort of broken systems, shifting perspectives, and the strange relief of letting go of certainty.
I reflect on recent experiences that softened my worldview, reminded me of our shared humanity, and brought me back to something simple and honest: choosing woo isn’t about floating above reality, it’s about being with it. All of it. The beauty, the mess, the humour, the grief, the contradictions.
This is a conversation about consciousness, privilege, humour, polarity, and what it means to stay awake without hardening.
If you’ve ever felt yourself outgrowing old frameworks, questioning what you once felt certain about, or longing for a spirituality that includes your humanity rather than escapes it… this one’s for you.

In the final episode of Season 1, I sit down with trauma-informed performance coach Steph Ellen; formerly an overthinking, high-achieving equine veterinarian who built a life that looked perfect on paper while quietly burning out underneath it.
Steph shares how her body finally forced her to stop, and how that rupture pulled her into the world of nervous system work, trauma repair, and what she now calls sustainable success; success that doesn’t require self-abandonment.
We explore:
• The real signs of burnout and dissociation in the body
• Why sensitivity was never the issue
• The shift from overachieving to inner alignment
• How she works with highly sensitive, big-hearted high performers
• What refuels her creativity and clarity
• How she embraced social media with authenticity—and held the capacity for an 8-million-view viral moment
• Why visibility is naturally polarising
• The role of creativity in healing and integration
Steph speaks with honesty, nuance, and grounded wisdom about what it means to build a life and a business that your nervous system can actually hold.
A beautiful close to Season 1 of Choosing Woo in my opinion!
