We had a great conversation with Briana Moir on The Chris & Sandy Show. We talked about many things from family, music, sacrifices, she told some stories to a whole lot more!

Briana Moir was born and raised in Yardley, Pennsylvania. From a very early age, Briana has loved to sing, and her mother swears she was even singing long before she could talk. A child from a very musical family, singing just came naturally to her. Briana was always drawn to creative outlets, specifically music and writing. As she grew older, Briana participated in many plays and was a member of her school’s prestigious choir group.

Discovered in late 2020 from a series of relatively unsuccessful YouTube covers recorded on her laptop, Briana quickly was relocated from Pennsylvania to Atlanta to begin recording covers and working on original music. In January of 2021, Briana recorded her first cover of Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga’s song “Shallow” with country music artist Dave Fenley which went on to surpass one million views in its first ninety days. She also had an instant hit with a viral TikTok of her singing Whitney Houston’s version of “I Believe in You Me” that surpassed one million views in its first twenty-four hours. The song quickly catapulted her to her first one hundred
thousand followers within a week’s time. The song even received recognition and support from the original songwriters who said Briana’s take was one of their favorites to date.

Eight months after moving to Atlanta, Briana is now preparing to depart on her first theatre tour as an opening act.

“I am just some girl from a small town in Pennsylvania who as of a year ago, never thought I’d have the chance to do one of the many things I have already been so fortunate to do. My hope is that singing can help to provide a platform for me to inspire other little girls with creative hearts, creative dreams and creative aspirations. If it can happen to me, it can happen to them too and I want to make sure they know to keep their dreams big and their heads to the stars.”
