David Gay of Liberty Memes is a force of nature in the liberty movement. He began his career by helping Cuban baseball players defect from the communist country. He went on to build the biggest libertarian meme page only to have it deleted by Facebook. Now they work to fund personal needs to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
"A letter with my handwriting, name, and signature flashes on the screen at the 17:03 mark. The scene setup begins around the 16:00 mark. The whole scene is about me. They use me as their example of what Fidel Castro had spoken about recently. He was very closely involved in Cuban baseball at the time, and his own son Antonio Castro was the team Trainer." - David

I decided to test out a new app called Stereo with a friend. While it didn't go totally as planned, Aja and I had a great conversation about developing a new media brand. What does it take to step a foot on the ledge and jump in a creative field? What goes into making a podcast or creative work successful? It was a great look at the psychology needed to launch something new. Follow Aja at @fullmetalratchet on Instagram and Tik Tok, or on Facebook here and here. She does wholesome, fun content that is desperately needed in the world at this moment.
I'll be doing more conversations like this on the Stereo app in the future, so follow me there @chrisspangle. Next time, the comments will work and the audio will be better so it will be a little more interactive.
