Season 2, Ep 14
Welcome to The Chronic Chronicles, I'm SO happy that you're here!
This fall, I'm going back to "school"… but in my own way. Instead of vague goals, I've built myself an Autumn Curriculum — a personal syllabus with classes in women's health, fitness, business, creativity, and even hobbies.
If you've been on social media lately, you've probably seen this trend everywhere and credit goes to @elizabethjean for coining the idea of creating your own life "curriculum." I loved the concept so much that I decided to build one for myself, inspired by my health journey, podcast goals, and creative projects.
In this solo episode, I'm walking you through what my curriculum looks like, why I'm structuring my goals this way, and how it makes growth feel fun, consistent, and less overwhelming. From training for a 5K, to diving into women's health science, I'm treating this season like a semester.
And I'd love for you to join me! Whether you want to make a full curriculum or just a mini September challenge, this is your invitation to build structure, find joy, and learn alongside me this fall.
