Welcome to the first episode of The Chronic Chronicles, I'm SO happy that you're here!

So, let me break it down for you – I'm Lexy, your host, and I'm here to chat about something super close to my heart: chronic conditions. Today, we're diving into the world of endometriosis.

Now, if you're not sure what that is, don't worry, I got you covered! Endo is basically this condition where the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus starts growing outside of it. Yeah, it's as uncomfortable as it sounds. But there's so much more to it than just pain.

In this episode, I give you a some background on who I am, why I started this podcast, what endometriosis is and some commmon misconscpetions about the disease. While I am not an expert in endo, I have struggled with it for more than 10 years... it's been a journey.

Grab your fav drink and get cozy or maybe grab your headphones for your hot girl walk and let's dive into this together.
