In the Asian Culture, self love, self respect and having boundaries are non-existent. Asian women are expected to be a certain way such as getting married and have kids at a certain age and be submissive.

In this episode Cilia and her friend Shreeya share the hurdles that they had to go through for being in an interracial relationship.

Both of them come from a culture where dating outside their race isn't allowed. Although in today's society it has changed a lot but there are still families that will not accept it.

Shreeya was disowned by her parents when she fell pregnant at 19. She had to learn to look after herself and was living in a hostel. Although her ex boyfriend's step mum made her food but it's not the same as it's not your own mother. After her son was born everything changed.

Cilia shares a story about her 9 year relationship with a man that was 15 years older than her. This is the first time she's sharing it in public.

This week Sylvia Liu is back on the show with Cilia talking about "period". She went to a women's retreat in Cancun and learnt that women who have period are worshipped in the Mayan culture. It is sacred.

They then someone moved on to talking about their career path. Cilia said her dad is actually disappointed with her career choice but she is determined to pursue her dream.
