  • RANKIN COUNTY PEDOPHILE GETS 45 YEARS, NO POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE!!
Rankin County Pedophile Segment – The Clay Edwards Show, Episode 1,010
In this FAFO Friday segment, I’m fired up to hand out my “F’d Around and Found Out” championship to James Matthew Gardner, a 26-year-old Rankin County man sentenced to 45 years in prison for sexually abusing a child. I’m commending Madison and Rankin Counties’ DA Bubba Bramlett and his team for getting this predator off the streets. The case broke in September 2023 when the Rankin County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a juvenile sexual assault at the victim’s home, where Gardner was living during years of abuse. The victim and their sibling were interviewed at Parker’s Children Advocacy Center in Pearl, and a medical exam was conducted at the Children’s Safe Center in Jackson. Law enforcement executed search warrants, collected physical evidence, and sent it to the Mississippi Forensics Lab. In April 2025, a jury heard from the victim, their sibling, two sheriff’s investigators, a nurse practitioner, and two forensic scientists, convicting Gardner of statutory rape and gratification of lust after he testified on his own behalf. I note the victim was between 14 and 16 during the assaults and emphasize the gravity of the crime, toning down my usual flair to respect the seriousness. I applaud the victim’s courage and warn parents—especially single mothers—to be vigilant about who they let around their kids, suggesting the death penalty shouldn’t be off the table for such crimes. Gardner’s sentence is day-for-day, no parole, and I’m calling it justice served.

  • GOON SQUAD DERANGEMENT SYNDROME IS REAL IN RANKIN COUNTY
Mental Health Crisis in Rankin County – The Clay Edwards Show, Episode 1,010

I’m diving headfirst into what I’m calling a full-blown mental health crisis in Rankin County, Mississippi, and I’m dubbing it “Goon Squad Derangement Syndrome.” This isn’t just about isolated incidents—it’s a pattern of erratic, unhinged behavior that I see spiraling out of control, tied to the fallout from the infamous “Goon Squad” case where deputies tortured two Black men in 2023. I’m talking about folks in Rankin County acting like they’re auditioning for chaos, from blowing whistles and dressing like Foot Locker employees to getting arrested multiple times in a single day. I’m pointing fingers at a few specific individuals—one I believe is convinced he was a victim of the Goon Squad, another who seems disappointed he wasn’t, and a third who’s got the nerve to call me a snitch while playing whistleblower himself.

This “Goon Squad Derangement Syndrome” has people so obsessed with the idea of police brutality that I think they’re trying to provoke it, almost like they’re chasing fame or a lawsuit by willing confrontations into existence. It’s June, Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and I’m sounding the alarm: these men are in crisis, and their loved ones need to stop enabling them. I’m urging families to push for serious help—check these guys into a facility like St. Dominic’s or Whitfield for evaluation. I’m dealing with this mess myself, having pressed charges against one of these clowns, and I’m done ignoring their antics. This syndrome is real, it’s destructive, and it’s tearing at Rankin County’s fabric, fueled by the Goon Squad’s shadow.

  • MAJOR FAFO MERCH ANNOUNCEMENT
FAFO Merch Line Additions Announcement – The Clay Edwards Show, Episode 1,010
I’m beyond pumped to announce a massive drop for my FAFO merch line hitting BuyFAFO.com this Monday, June 30, 2025! I’m taking things to the next level with a slew of new gear that’s got my signature in-your-face vibe. We’re rolling out 28—yep, 28—brand-new hat designs, mixing fresh logos with a few classic FAFO staples you love. Expect everything from bold Duck Land camo and other popular patterns to clean, solid colors for those who keep it simple. I’m also unleashing a huge selection of shirts, way more than ever before, thanks to a new print-to-order setup that lets me offer a broader range without stocking piles of inventory. We’ve got updated designs, some slick new graphics, and, of course, those timeless FAFO slogans that scream “don’t mess with me.”
I’m throwing in limited-edition flags too—only 20 made each year, and they’re already selling fast, with one gone before the drop. These are perfect for your boat, garage, man cave, or home gym, rocking the big GI Joe FAFO logo. I’m planning to have these bad boys ready in about two weeks, hopefully just after the 4th of July. To celebrate, I’m kicking off a month-long giveaway spree—shirts, hats, you name it, maybe even an item of your choice every day. So, keep your eyes peeled and your wallets ready. This platform’s a three-legged dog—radio, social media, and merch—and I need your support to keep it running strong. Hit up BuyFAFO.com Monday to grab the new gear and show the world you’re part of the FAFO crew.

  • COULD THIS BE THE LUMUMBA'S NEXT HUSTLE?
I’m diving into a wild idea floating around about Chokwe Antar Lumumba, Jackson’s embattled mayor, and his potential next move—city-owned grocery stores. I’m riffing off a New York City mayoral candidate’s plan to open public grocery stores that could sell food cheaper by dodging rent and property taxes, and I can just imagine Chokwe salivating over this as his big comeback hustle. Picture me chuckling as I say Chokwe’s probably kicking himself, thinking, “Why didn’t I dream this up? Free groceries could’ve run the last Kroger’s out of Jackson!” I’m poking fun at the absurdity, suggesting he’s plotting this from a jail cell, scheming with his advisors like Dr. Ahmari or Sister Rakia to make it his post-legal-trouble legacy.

I’m skeptical as hell about this concept, though. I point out how it screws over local business owners—imagine owning a bodega or small grocery in Jackson and the city suddenly becomes your competitor, undercutting you because they don’t pay the same overhead. I’m calling it a foolish idea that appeals to low-information voters, and I’m not shy about who I think falls for it: white liberal women and others buying into promises of “free” stuff. I tie it to Chokwe’s track record, joking that he’d love to tank more businesses like he’s done with Jackson’s economy. There’s no evidence Chokwe’s actually pursuing this—it’s my satirical take on what his next grift could be, inspired by trends in places like NYC and Chicago.

I also touch on whispers that Chokwe might be flipping on his associate Jody Owens in a legal mess, with others like Aaron Banks and Angelique Lee allegedly snitching too. I’m gleeful about the drama, saying I’d be disappointed if Aaron didn’t get revenge after being disrespected and sent to the “kids’ table.” I’m all for snitching if it means beating your partner in crime to the courthouse for a deal—call me ruthless, but that’s how I see it playing out. This is pure speculation based on internet chatter, but I’m painting a picture of Chokwe’s crew imploding while he dreams up his next hustle. It’s a messy, local political soap opera, and I’m here for it.
