🚨 Feeling unorganized, anxious and scattered - I have something to help for that!

Over the past few weeks I have been really feeling a little "off." Turning inward, I learned that I was not asking for help and following a healthy structure! This completely threw me off... but once you realize what's going on, it's an easy fix!

Here are 3 reasons why women may find it challenging to stay organized:

1) Diverse Roles and Responsibilities:

• Women juggle many roles like professionals, mothers, partners, and caregivers, leading to mental burden and organizational challenges due to overlapping tasks and priorities.

2) Societal Expectations and Pressure:

• Societal expectations put immense pressure on women, leading to stress and difficulty maintaining organization in their lives.

3) Perfectionism:

• Perfectionism hinders women from taking small steps towards organization due to fear of not meeting high standards, leading to disorganization and clutter.

🐾 Tessa officially turned 16 this weekend and I spent all the time with her!

I guess you can say it was a "dog" kinda of weekend. With Tessa turning 16 - which is unheard of with her size and bread. Im thankful everyday she wakes up. She's a great pup and always makes us laugh!

But the funniest part of the weekend was teaching my father who Snoop Dog is and why he is involved with the olympics 😆

These are the days I live for! I would not trade these moments in for the world. If you can learn anything from today... take time to call your parents / grand parents (if you have them) and tell them you love them!

🐾 Can you believe we did this... and we all survived!

Well it's true, we took the doodles on a wedding adventure and she did amazing. She slept, she watched tv, she was pampered and watched animal planted & movies non stop.

We prepared for the worst from possible death to potty accidents! No jokes guys!!! At 16 I wasn't sure how things were going to go. Having a 77 pound golden doodle for this long is unheard of - but the vet gave us the thumbs up & we were off!

🧠 Mindset CPR is something I have been doing for years... and now Im sharing it with you!

I had a meeting with BossBabes with week and I had a HUGE lightbulb moment. We talked about out WHY and if it still resonates with is currently. As I sat and thought about this....my answer was NO!

I as shocked, heartbroken then liberated! This gave me the permission slip to change this gut feeling I was having that something wasn't working. I needed to do something different.

So I spent time diving deep into my personal philosophy called Mindset CPR to see where I needed to make some changes. This podcast is just a snippet of what CPR is because at the end of July - I will have detailed training about the levels of CPR!

🥾Taking some time for self-care was a well needed YES!

Geo and I flew to North Carolina for a few days of hiking and work. It was a fantastic opportunity to explore new national parks and rejuvenate our minds. The crisp mountain air and scenic views were exactly what we needed to recharge. We hiked through lush forests, challenging ourselves with steep ascents and rewarding ourselves with breathtaking panoramas at the summits.

Despite missing our 16-year-old Golden Doodle, Tessa, tremendously, I must say that I had an absolutely fabulous time while I was away! I was well aware that this would be quite a challenging task for my 81-year-old father, but they seemed to have had a good time together!

Creating a flexible and sustainable business that enables you to work as a nomad anywhere in the world was a top priority for me. As we hiked, I couldn't help but contemplate how much progress I had made in attaining that objective. It truly demonstrated the strength of determination and the willingness to embrace new opportunities.

I love that I have the opportunity to communicate with my clients via Zoom or even with my VIPs in person! Coaching not only changes my clients' outlook on life, but also my own.

⏰ Can you believe it's 6 months into 2024?

Isn't it funny that when we are younger, we want to be older? We want time to fly by to do the things we want.

Well now that we are older, we need to slow down because we are missing everything! I sit here and reflect on so many things from my mom's passing from cancer, my own health journey and even watching my other family and friend change right before my eyes!
