Hey Babe 👋🏻  Sometimes you need to speak up for your own wellness!

There was a point in my wellness journey that you need to re-evaluate how things are going. During the month of December I has enough! I was not feeling well, my joints hurt all the time and I was just tired and moody.  Maybe it menopause or maybe it just need some help!

In January I meet with my new registered dietitian and sports nutritionist and I just cried.  Everything hurt, my weight was going up but my labs are great - something was wrong.  After a very long and in depth conversation I learned that Keto was killing me.  

Follow along and learn how I'm phasing out of my keto lifetstyle.

Hey Babe 👋🏻  I'm 46 years old, who goes back to school for fun?!?!

Last night, as I was going to bed, I had a brief thought: "Who goes back to school just for fun?"

I'm both thrilled and nervous about this. Last night, as I was reviewing the textbook, I couldn't help but wonder how I'll be able to read and comprehend all of this after undergoing major eye surgery.

Rather than panicking, I embraced my Visual Impaired community and discovered a valuable resource for book reading! I am absolutely thrilled about this. It will greatly assist me in enhancing my learning and comprehension abilities. I truly wish I had access to such resources during my teenage years.

1.  Stop eating after 8pm
2. Wear blue light glasses
3. Whoop it up!
4. No shame in using trekking poles
5. Shorter natural nail
6. Drink more water
7. Self care journal & planner
8.  Started yoga - Im awful at it 
9. Wear clothing that makes you feel good 
10.  Self care is a necessity
