Welcome to the Coaching Knife, where we cut to the root of the matter. We speak to Phil Klevorick, who is CEO of the Rugby Foundation. In this episode, we're going to cut to the root of the matter of respect and how you create it.
Phil is a top level referee assessor and coach, sourcing and coaching referees for some of the top world sevens tournaments. He also founded The Rugby Foundation. Formed originally in the USA to help develop new players, coaches and referees and provide them with opportunity, especially in under-served communities, "The Rugby Foundation" has developed a number of programmes that benefit the rugby community everywhere. TRF now has representatives in more than a dozen countries who will promote opportunity, development and support wherever it is needed.
