Welcome to the Coaching Knife when we cut to the root of the matter. In this episode, we speak to Dustin Steedman, head coach of Davenport University men's rugby team, focusing on why culture matters. We are going to cut to the root on developing culture in an organization.

Dustin is former coach with the Michigan College Select men's and the women's team.

His philosophy is find work, always compete, win the competition with oneself, apply pressure on defence, play possession, win the territory game. A very much a rugby-orientated philosophy.
