I am happy to introduce Christine Billy, MCC, to the Coaching Studio. My experience in coaching is that if you create a safe space, a respectful space, where there is no judgment on the curiosity, and you are with the person or the team, then at some point, people dare to say things sometimes that they have never said to anybody else. And um, that's what we name a moment where they realize that they can face their emotions, their beliefs, and it's not dangerous; it's a relief. So it's a unique experience."
