She founded the global StageSHIFT Coaching & Consulting Community. They specialize in Transformative Coaching in Vertical Leadership Development to the advanced stages of Synergist and Alchemist. Dr. Braks offers the StageSHIFT Coaching Certification Program, and the VHLP Certification Program – the VHLP is the Vertical Holistic Leadership Profile. It’s a capability-based Vertical self-assessment for senior executives.
