I enjoyed this interview and it really started when Ihab shared, "And this just hit me that coaching is one of the most transformative approaches that a leader can take. And since then I embarked on this journey and I've been addicted to that journey since it led me to leave the corporate world and establish uh an entity to support other leaders across the globe."

"What does it mean for me to open it up and embrace my own emotions and open up for emotion with the client, I don't want to go there. And his advice, and I really thank him for that, he said like just give it one more day and just let it be. And that is the point where the second day we talked about vulnerability and then I knew the power as a leader, how much you can evolve by being vulnerable. And as a human being at the end of the day. And this took a lot of research from me because now I advocate that if you're in the corporate, all life coaching, or executive coaching, it doesn't matter there is the human being behind that."
