Join us as we explore ways to open ourselves up, reflect, and not put limits on our clients and what they would or wouldn't do. Taking time to become transparent with ourselves and giving to ourselves what we give to others.

Ruth started in recruitment and people development and moved into education where she helped to embed coaching skills and coaching culture in a number of schools. She is now the CEO of Optimus Coach Academy.
