If you use the phone the way Grant Cardone does, you know how vital it is to grow your business and if you sell on the phone, the three most important things for you will be your attitude, your approach and your level of action.
Keeping your head on right will be the most important thing. The other thing you must do is check your ego at the door. There are three mindsets that you must drill down and incorporate into your thinking and have the highest level of certainty on. Let's be honest, the only reasons you have to hate the phone and cold calling is either you're not properly motivated or you just lack the skill.
Motivation runs out. It's like gas in the car. You must keep that tank full. Skill is something that also runs out and fades fast. Everyday, most likely multiple times a day, you need to reset your motivation and skill buttons or pay the price. Technically, there's a price either way. Discipline has a price. Crapping out has a price.
DISCLAIMER: The following three Grant Cardone quotes and tips are very real, they work and I still screw them up with relative frequency. They must be reinforced daily if not hourly to take full effect.

Grant Cardone's Success Pledge "I pledge a commitment to My Success, My Family's Success and to the Successful Survival of the company I represent. Success is not an option for me but something I insist! Success is not something others can give to me, that the government or the economy can provide me. Success is not determined by luck, chance, race, creed, color or religion but hard work, creativity, follow through and persistence. I refuse to not have My Success. I refuse to quit prior to My Success and I will do everything ethical in claiming my right to My Success. My Success is My Duty, My Obligation and My Responsibility."
What is The Mandela Effect? Better yet, what is The Mandela Effect meaning and how does it relate to your money? This is the topic Grant Cardone is digging into in his latest Strategy of the Week.

In the latest Grant Cardone Strategy of the Week, Grant asks us, “what are your false barriers?” Start thinking with this now. What do you believe are barriers in your life that you know are false?
Since 1954, anytime you wanted to site an example of what happens when one person does the seemingly impossible and breaks the “unbreakable” barrier, most people would reference Roger Banister.
In 1954, Banister became the first person to run 1 mile in under 4 minutes. Prior to this the general consensus was that a sub 4 minute mile was impossible but Banister got it handled in 3:59 seconds. In 1999, Hicham El Guerrouj did it in 3:43.13. This is the current world record.

Time is relentless. You’re only getting 365 days to make 2020 the best year of your life.
As the saying goes, “use it or lose it.” Use your time to create your dreams. Right now is the time to move toward your goals. Have you given up on your goals and dreams? Have you ever seen someone who is less talented than you pass you by? How did THAT feel?
We need to use the time we have because with each passing day that you don’t invest in you, the chances of YOU getting left behind increase.
Why not anyone? The truth is, the average person isn’t going to go through all the trouble it takes to get rich. They’ll keep doing the same things they’re doing now, because it’s comfortable and it’s easy and in about 3-5 years they might consider investing in themselves because hopefully they’re starting to realize they’re going nowhere.
We have found that there are two main causes of staying average when you know you have the potential to be GREAT. And no, lazy is not one of them. No one is lazy. Their focus maybe off or their priorities are out of alignment with their true purpose but trust me, no one is lazy.
Both of these can, if you allow them to, stop you dead in your tracks. And that’s the key thing here. Are you going to allow what you don’t know to stop you? Are you going to eventually wind up trading comfort for regret?
You need a support network, you need information and you need knowledge. Who’s on your team right now? Where do you get your information? What’s the difference between information and knowledge?

Have you ever found yourself wondering why your salespeople aren't nearly as motivated as you are? Maybe you're already starting to think you don't have the right people. So after over almost 35 years of study, practice application and training Grant Cardone has unlocked... I wouldn't necessarily call it a secret because it's pretty practical when you think about it but there's a way to do this. If you're looking to motivate your sales team, good news...
And I'm gonna give it to you right now and I'm gonna give it to you for free right here.

Is the action your taking enough to get you to your goals and dreams?
Have you ever seen a salesperson have a great month followed by a bad month? Why do you think so many people think sales is a feast or famine kind of gig? Does your sales career look more like a new design for a roller coaster? Looking at your own career, have you given up on consistent improvement or are you frustrated with just trying to maintain some level of real consistency in your sales or business?
Why is this happening? When it comes to preventing ups and downs in sales, are there things you can do to prevent that? What can Dr Seuss, The Grinch and the good people of Whoville teach us about preventing ups and downs in sales?
