We’ve had Cocaine Bear - and now we have the cocaine boat.

On Tuesday, over 2.2 tonnes of cocaine was seized in a joint operation between the Army Ranger Wing, the Irish Navy, the Garda National-Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and Revenue.

In a dramatic operation, they halted the MV Matthew vessel off the Cork coast, in what is a major blow to organised crime.
