The Avalanche did not look good for the second game in a row, and the players out with injury could have definitely helped in this one, as the St. Louis defense gave the Avs no room to make any plays in a 4-1 loss. Colorado can't sit around and sulk as they have a date with the top seed Vegas on Wednesday, who will be well rested and ready for battle.
