The Colorado Avalanche and Nashville Predators are the only teams left in the NHL without a single point. Two teams expected to be uber competitive and compete for the division and a Stanley Cup. Now, that can obviously still happen, but this continues to be one of the most disastrous starts for the Avalanche.

The Boston Bruins came to town and left with a 5-3 victory. You can sit here and say the Avs battled back and they did. But almost isn't good enough right now, and the Avs need to start winning some games before they dig themselves too much of a hole to climb out of.
