He tells us about his remarkable and heartbreaking experiences as a child in Sudan, including how he was kidnapped and forced to fight as a child soldier, and experiences.

Via Saul Ebema: I currently work as a hospice chaplain in Bolingbrook and also as the president of my foundation- The Saul Ebema foundation, helping the children in South Sudan that have been affected by the war. Before this, I have worked as the Senior Pastor of Lombard Bible Church and as a hospice chaplain with Advocate Hospice in Des Plaines.

Due to the war in my country of South Sudan and through a series of miracles, I ended up in Johannesburg South Africa in the year 2000. I was about 22 years old then. In 2001, I started by theological training at the Baptist Convention College in Soweto. I graduated with my Diploma in theology there in 2004. In Early 2005, I got a presidential scholarship to attend Northern Baptist Theological Seminary in Lombard, IL for my Masters in Divinity.
