  • 😂 “I’m an Irish Woman I’ve Got This!”

Sean is finally back in the Confession Box, although apparently he’s been enjoying a few weeks of “peace” while everyone else was looking for him. 😂

Mum has plenty going on too, including getting her ceilings painted, trying to get a discount from the painter by offering him a plug on the podcast, and somehow comparing the whole thing to getting the Sistine Chapel painted. 😂

We hear all about Fionn’s fishing trip, including the unbelievable story of him catching an eel on his very last cast and then coming away with a trophy.

There’s also plenty of catching up on Sean’s beard, some serious accusations about whether he’s secretly been seeing someone, people recognising the podcast out and about, and Julie potentially heading off to South Africa for a trip involving Cape Town and a safari.

Then things take a turn when the conversation moves onto health appointments, scans, smear tests and the latest things people are finding on TikTok before we get onto a completely different kind of story involving a huge bag of gravel and a woman determined to move it herself.

“I’m an Irish woman. I’m independent. I’ve got this.” 😂

And finally, the gang get talking about emergency supplies, wind-up radios, unpredictable weather, power cuts and whether we should all be preparing for the apocalypse.

Another week, another load of stories from the Confession Box.

  • Mum Put Concrete Where It Definitely Wasn’t Supposed to Go 😂

Mum is back on the couch but Sean is missing; the new iPhones are causing arguments, and somehow we end up with Mum taking a Jaguar for a test drive and pretending she might actually buy it. 😂

Then things get even better when Mum gets a €900 quote for painting a few ceilings, starts trying to negotiate with the tradesmen using the podcast as leverage, and ends up accepting a load of free concrete from builders working next door… only to discover afterwards that the concrete was covering drainage that absolutely needed to stay there. 😭

We also get into the joys of helping kids with homework, The Traitors, Mum trying to pay her car insurance through an automated phone system, a plumber arriving to fix the “no hot water” only to discover there was actually loads of hot water, and the Tooth Fairy being forced to issue an IOU — followed by an expired voucher. 😂

And because apparently that's not enough, the kids are getting a stretched Hummer for their birthday, while the episode finishes with Mum and Julie chatting about the Lizzie Borden story they've been watching.

Another completely chaotic week in the Confession Box.

  • "They Know Me in Tralee!" 😂

This week on The Confession Box, the gang have plenty to catch up on, including a very memorable trip to the Rose of Tralee, where Nana P finally got her "pinch me" moment inside the Dome and somehow came away convinced that everyone in Tralee knows her.

Julie also tells the story of an online troll who turned out to be much closer to home than expected, while the conversation moves through family life, the kids' sports, Rocco and Rio causing chaos, and how much easier things have become since Cathal started taking over at home.

There's also a secret Legoland trip being planned for the kids, a very expensive new phone, and one particular Fortnite secret that Fionn absolutely could not keep to himself. 😂

  • The Crow Comes Back! 🐦

This week on The Confession Box, we're back with another episode packed with family stories, questionable facts and plenty of slagging.

There's a new garden, a nearly €20,000 landscaping quote, Mum's plans for a visit to the plastic surgeon, and the long-awaited confirmation that Mikey Oog is officially, finally registered.

The conversation then takes us from the eclipse and old-school LimeWire downloads to aliens watching dinosaurs, shark attacks and a family trip to a golf course that nearly ended with them being eaten by a crocodile. Julie also tells the story of the terrifying creature that flew into her house... which turned out to be a butterfly.

And just when you thought the animal stories were finished, a certain crow makes another appearance.

  • Sean Said Dolphins Get High... 😂

This week on The Confession Box, the gang are back with another episode full of laughs, family chaos and conversations that somehow end up in the most unexpected places.

Sean becomes the target of plenty of slagging after turning up dressed like Onslow before Julie's shorts get compared to a pair of Penny's jocks. Julie shares life with baby Mike Óg and the challenge of keeping little ones entertained long enough to finish a conversation.

There's also a chat about giving children more independence during the summer holidays, before Sean sends everyone down another rabbit hole with some unbelievable animal facts involving dolphins, cuckoo birds and turtles.

As always, one conversation somehow leads to another... and complete chaos follows.

From the panic of forgetting to turn off the immersion to tales of old-school parenting, summer shopping, household gadgets and family updates, the conversation goes exactly where you'd expect... and nowhere you could predict.

  • Erin Rose Exposed EVERYTHING 😂

This week on The Confession Box, Julie admits she's completely hooked on Love Island, Sean shares all about his trip to WWE in London with Fionn, and the gang somehow end up chatting about everything from summer weather and Cork hurling to menopause, holidays and Julie's infamous "Tippex toes."

Things take a turn when Sean tries to explain one of his jokes… and somehow only manages to confuse everyone even more.

But as always, it's Erin Rose who steals the show. From revealing things Julie definitely didn't want repeated on the podcast to calling out a few questionable parenting moments, she leaves everyone in stitches and Julie wondering what she'll say next.

  • I Knew Something Was Wrong... Nobody Would Listen

This week on The Confession Box, we're joined by Christine for one of our most open and honest conversations yet.

What started with numbness in her hands quickly became a frustrating search for answers as Christine found herself repeatedly trying to explain that something wasn't right. She shares her journey from those first symptoms through to receiving a life-changing diagnosis, the impact it had on her family, and how she learned to navigate the uncertainty that followed.

Along the way, Christine talks about friendship, motherhood, resilience and finding the strength to keep moving forward when life takes an unexpected turn. There are plenty of laughs mixed in too, including the story of her son's unforgettable question during a hospital visit.

A powerful conversation about trusting your instincts, advocating for yourself, and appreciating what really matters.

  • Do Crows Have Court?!

This week on The Confession Box, we finally get to the bottom of the infamous Crow Court story. After it was first mentioned a couple of episodes ago and left hanging while Sean was away, he's back on the couch to explain whether crows really hold funerals, hold grudges, and put each other on trial.

The gang also chat about parenting, social media bans for under-16s, and how different childhood looks today compared to years gone by. Julie shares a doctor's appointment story that takes an unexpected turn thanks to Erin Rose, while Sean relives one of his more questionable childhood decisions involving a bike and a bonfire.

Throw in some strange animal facts, a trip down memory lane, and Nana P becoming increasingly concerned that crows might actually be keeping an eye on her, and you've got another classic episode of The Confession Box.

  • Acts of Kindness & Eye-Watering Ticket Prices 😂

This week on The Confession Box, Nana P shares a story about an unexpected act of kindness that gets them talking about the good people you meet when you least expect it.

From Nana P's story involving a traffic warden to Julie sharing a touching experience involving a broken-down car and an email she received, the gang reflect on the small moments that can make a big difference in someone's day.

There's also an update on baby Mike, a parenting dilemma that Julie needs help with, a chat about sold-out concerts and rising ticket prices, Erin Rose's latest obsession, beauty treatments, and one very unexpected kangaroo story that sends the conversation off in a completely different direction.

A mix of laughs, family life, heartwarming stories and the usual Confession Box chaos.

Catch you next week when Sean catches us up on crow court
