Can we experience the presence of the Lord on a daily basis? We believe Scripture is clear that we can, and those who do get rewarded. Hebrews 11:6 says, “…for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.” Join us this Sunday as we will begin a brand new sermon series, The Presence of the Lord.

We should all hold “trust” as a core value. Trust is something that we have to build up in our lives. While God has given to each of us a measure of faith, it’s not exactly the same with trust. Trusting is what we do because of the faith we have been given. Trusting is believing in the promises of God in all circumstances, even in those where the evidence seems to be to the contrary. Join us this Sunday, as we conclude the sermon series, Valuable.

It is written in 1 Corinthians 1:10, “Now I exhort you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be made complete in the same mind and in the same judgment.” Paul wrote this to a divided body of Corinthian believers. He wrote this because he knew how important agreement was to the church. This Sunday, we will continue with the third part of Valuable by defining what Christian unity is and why we should value it.

This week we will further explore the values that define our principles and standard of behavior as we continue discussing the importance of excellence in our lives.We read in the Bible that Daniel was promoted and preferred above others because he had an excellent spirit within him. This Sunday, we will look at three things in Daniel’s life that caused him to gain a spirit of excellence.

What do you consider valuable? Most would say things like my wife, my husband, the kids, family, God, money, my house, my car… and these are all good answers.Value can be define as “a person’s principles or standard of behavior; one’s judgement of what is important in life.” Let’s ask the question again using that definition of value. What do you value, or what are your values?Over the next few Sundays, we will dig into some values that we believe everyone should possess or be pursuing. Join us!

One of our guest speakers at the recent women's retreat, Pastor Kim Howey, is with us this Sunday to talk about The Pursuit of Corporate Breakthrough. A “breakthrough” can be defined as a sudden, dramatic increase in knowledge or understanding—an important discovery that happens after trying for a long time to understand or explain something.

Join us, as we discover how we can go further in God than we have yet to experience. “Giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge… For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (2 Peter 1:5,8)

God loved people so much that He offered His best, His one and only Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus’ one commandment for us was to love others as He has loved us. To truly love others and win with people, we have to offer our best. This Sunday, as we wrap up our series, Winning With People, we will talk about being the best we can be, so we can be the best for others.

Are you able to learn from others? Are you teachable, or do you have the attitude that no one can teach you anything? The truth is that all of us can learn things, even from unlikely people. But that is only true if we have the right attitude. As we continue the series, Winning With People, we will focus on the principle that says: each person we meet has the potential to teach us something.

So far in the current sermon series, Winning With People, we have learned that who we are determines how we see others, that the first person we must examine is ourselves, that we should never use a hammer to swat a fly off of someone's head, and that we can lift people up or take people down in our relationships.This Sunday, we will continue by asking the questions:Are we willing to focus on others?And why should we focus on others anyway?
