  • #8: Presence w/ Nicole Griffin - The Importance of Being Present in our Lives. How Can We Be Present AND Ambitious? How Presence is a Practice That Must Be Cultivated

In this episode, Tine and Taylor are joined by Nicole Griffin.  As someone who is committed to cultivating presence and constantly talking about slowing down and moving intentionally, she is the perfect guest to join the podcast on this topic.  They discuss how important presence is in our lives and how we live in a culture that makes it really challenging to be present.  They talk about how presence and ambition are not mutually exclusive and how being present can actually strengthen your ambition by giving you a clearer sense of where you are going.  They also discuss how being present is something that must be continually practiced and give some useful practical tips on how people can tap into presence more frequently.

  • #0: Welcome to the Constant Quest Podcast! How It Started, What To Expect, Meet Hosts Tine and Taylor
Tine and Taylor in their inaugural episode of The Constant Quest Podcast jump right in on discussing why they decided to start a podcast in the first place.
They discuss how a grad school assignment led to an open, vulnerable discussion about life. By the end of this conversation, it was evident to both of them that this conversation would be beneficial for others to hear as we all have our own unique challenges.
After some deliberation, they decided that if they wanted to encourage vulnerability and open dialogue then they would be hypocritical in keeping their own voices silent as two people on a constant quest for personal growth.
From there, The Constant Quest Podcast was born ... Thank you for listening to The Constant Quest Podcast with Tine and
