GOOD NEWS!!!....No one is coming to save you...This here life is 100% your responsibility. Now get to work.
When you practice patience and look hard enough, you will always find the beauty in the struggle. The Struggle is beauty. We also have to remind ourselves how resilient we have been before and how resilient we are now. Resilience gives us the chance to "Play the Game" each and every day of our existence....and you've had that ability for a long time now.
This episode is meant to remind you of the struggle, not to increase anxiety or to add pressure to our already seemingly overwhelming lives. A reminder that the struggles we experience daily will return, but how they will be overcome depends solely on your resilience. Fall down 7 times...Get back up 8!
