On this episode, Bwanka & Sturr dive into the world of manifestation...otherwise known as the Law of Attraction. We discuss our introduction to the idea behind it as well as our understanding of it (before & after). What we think...we attract, but this didn't always hold true in our belief systems. A few detailed stories of our personal experiences shed light on how you can't help believe in the sometimes 'goosebump-worthy' truths that the universe has lined up for each and every one of us. One thing is for sure though... whatever you take away from the Law of Attraction, just know that It's NOT A FAIRYTALE... You actually have to do the work!

We all encounter challenges throughout our lives, some more than others. The common theme that we attempt to identify on this episode, is the simple fact that we should learn to embrace them in order to propel our lives in the right direction. Bwanka & Sturr relive some of their personal experiences with challenge growing up, what they've been able to learn from them and why it's important to keep them coming. Nothing in life worth having comes easy... so with that in mind, open your mind, and join us in preparation for next month's #GROWTHCHALLENGE ... You don't want to miss out on this one.
Bless Up!
On this episode of the podcast, host Bwanka sit's down with a very special guest and good friend of ours CHARLES! The two focus on the importance of building up the youth in our communities, and how education remains one of the top if not the top preventative measure to ensure the success of our future generations. The level of empowerment and the amount of positive influence projected onto our youth is also a key role throughout this process. Let's remember what those who came before us did to pave the way, and make sure we are keeping that focus as part of our agenda. Enjoy the episode!
