1. to show God's truthfulness
2. to confirm the promises given to the patriarchs
3. that the Gentiles might glorify God for His mercy

Romans 15:1-7

1. Please your weaker neighbor and build him up
2. Christ is our example of neighbor pleasing
3. The  Bible is our instructor in pleasing
4. God gives the encouragement and strength in neighbor pleasing
5. So...do it!

Romans 14:13-19  

Paul discusses weaker and stronger brothers. Both are living in faith, give thanks to God, giving glory to God and sincerely desiring to honor Him.  

1. All things are good are good things
2. Good things are bad when done apart from faith
3. Good things are bad when done without regard for others
4. Good things are bad when they tear others down and the world speaks evil of us
5. Serve Christ, not things
