Mentors are a key part of the path to success and he raved about Todd Durkin's mentoring program. We all need people to give us guidance on our path and Mike illustrated the value it can have. Making adjustments during the quarantine time can be seen as a good thing, and we both reflected on this time as a season to be agile and work on areas of the business that enrich our teams and give us energy.
