The Cosmic Citizen

An Investigation into The New Testament Bible:The Story of Jesus : Christology From 3 perspectives * The Biblical world viiew * The Academic/Scholastic * The Urantia Book   Revelation is always the product of the action of God in the life of humanity. God has an infinite number of ways to do this. In Jesus of Nazareth he used both physical and spiritual means to bring revelation to us in the form of a person. In the writings of Paul he used spiritual inspiration in the mind of Paul to bring us revelation in the form of brief letters to churches. In John's book of revelation he used a vision to the mind of John to bring us revelation.    [email protected]  On facebook: Godss Gumshoe Twitter: @godsgumshoe  YouTube:  http://www.youtube.com/user/godsgumshoe?feature=mhee

We have a wonderful treat on The Cosmic Citizen on Saturday! Paula Thompson hosts and André Radatus cohosts An interview with Angie Thurston! Christilyn Biek Larson is still on assignment. Angie is a second-generation reader entering Harvard Divinity School in the fall to pursue a Master of Divinity degree. Her intent is to help develop an empowering community among the growing numbers of people - especially young people - who are identifying as "spiritual but not religious." Angela is a playwright with a degree from Brown University and is currently writing a new play for families based on the story of Jesus' baby sister, Ruth, which will premiere at IC'14 next summer. She is a member of the Fellowship's General Council, a founding member of the Youth and Young Adult (YaYA) Committee, and chair of IC'14. She encourages everyone to attend the next International Conference at UMass - Amherst July 23-27, 2014!  In addition there's the Youth and Young Adult Gathering  in Las Vegas Nevada, October 18-21, 2013 ahead of that. Is there anything this young woman doesn't do? We'll talk to Angie about all the influences in her life, growing up in a Urantian hom, leading her to this dynamic path forward into the arts, ministry, service, and what motivates her to do so many diverse projects. Looking forward to a dynamic conversation on all the projects and Angie's view on the evolution of our movement and our planet! Don't miss this opportunity to meet Angie Thurston. Please call in during our show!

Cosmic Citizen concludes our six-part series on Seraphic Planetary Government through our exploration of "The Unceasing Campaign of The Master Seraphim" with Neal Waldrop, Charles Olivea, and Bob Diebold. Neal will lead host Paula Thompson and cohosts Christilyn Larson and André Radatus through the remainder of this study. We conclude with Part VI: Destiny—Diversification, Decisions, and Dynamism. Among other questions we ask:  •As the master seraphim work with human beings, endeavoring to influence them toward decisions and actions that will lead to the progressive growth of human society and civilization, how can they also seek to promote diversity, pluralism, and mutual respect? • Do you believe that these capabilities of the master seraphim are so potent and so effective as to eliminate the possibility that humanity will encounter “hundreds and thousands of … comparatively useless combinations and associations” while society evolves during the next thousand years? •Do you suspect that the sovereignty and unpredictability of the human will—the vagaries of human choice—engenders unavoidable and, by many, unforeseen outcomes? •What strategies might the master seraphim adopt in order to diminish this "wasted motion" and "unproductive churning?" Do they allow problems now to improve long term events? This will conclude our fascinating six-part study. If you haven’t already, please follow the follow the link; download Neal ’s study guide on this rich topic: http://www.globalendeavor.net/Documents/2011-03-22_MasterSeraphim.pdf By all means, call in! Cosmic Citizen proceeds with our continuing exploration of Seraphic Planetary Government. We'll reprise Paper 114 §6 The Master Seraphim of Planetary Supervision and immediately move to our resumption with  "The Unceasing Campaign of The Master Seraphim" with Neal Waldrop and Charles Olivea.  Your host Paula Thompson and cohosts Christilyn Larson and André Radatus will follow Neal's lead through this remarkable study. We continue with Part V: Destiny in the context of origins and history. Among other questions we ask: •What kinds of thinking can we do to expand our time-consciousness from that of a two-week-to-three-month orientation to thinking in terms of decades and centuries? •If we assume that endemic impatience really is an issue and perhaps an obstacle, what could the master seraphim do to neutralize or deflect it? •How does the question of impatience compare with other challenges that the master seraphim must endeavor to overcome? The discussion should get quite interesting as we explore the implications of all these questions. We recommend that those who listen in and desire to get ahead on this detailed study do so by visiting the following link and downloading copies of Neal Waldrop’s study guide on this rich topic: http://www.globalendeavor.net/Documents/2011-03-22_MasterSeraphim.pdf Guests always make it a marvelous multi-faceted dialogue so, by all means, call in! The angels and many other celestial helpers who care for us are among us.  Let's get this material “under our belts” about our heavenly helpers, created "just a little above us," and try to understand how we might help them in their service on Earth. See you Saturday morning at 9:00 Pacific; noon Eastern!
