Imagine this, you’re barely out of high school, living your life, when suddenly you’re accused of a crime so brutal it shocks an entire city. The pressure is on to find someone to blame, and fast. No solid evidence, just a couple of witnesses with shaky stories and a justice system that’s more interested in closing the case than getting it right. The result? A young Black man spends over two decades behind bars for a crime he didn’t commit.

This isn’t just some isolated case. It’s part of a bigger, painful pattern that’s been happening for generations.
