The Couch Potatoes

Hi there! This week's podcast is arriving earlier than usual with Canada Day falling on Thursday (when we usually record the show). It's been a great year for TV so far! It was tough to narrow this down to just 20 shows. - Brett

Hi there!

This week we tee up the big movie of the weekend, F9: The Fast Saga, but depending on which province you're in, you might not be able to see it! We'll also preview Liam Neeson's latest movie The Ice Road, Jeff's got reviews of The Underground Railroad, and another show called 'Review', and I'll tell you what I thought of the blu-ray for Godzilla vs Kong! - Brett

Hi there! We recorded early this week! Huzzah! - Brett

Hi there! This week we'll discuss the debut of Loki on Disney+, and Jeff's got a review of the new musical movie In the Heights. I meanwhile went back to the 90s to watch a classic film, and revisit one of the greatest shows of all time! - Brett

Hi there!

This week I've got a review of The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It. We'll also look at the second season of Ragnarok on Netflix, and tee up next week's Loki on Disney+. Do you ever watch an old movie you used to love and realize... why did I ever like this? Jeff rewatched As Good As It Gets, a movie he used to adore, but found out he doesn't adore it all that much. And the latest rumours about the FURIOUSVERSE are becoming more ridiculous all the time...

Hi there

Jeff took a look at the sneak preview, and has a review, of Disney's "Cruella", which is out on Disney+ (for an extra fee). Meanwhile, if you were hoping to see "A Quiet Place Part II" this weekend, if you can't do it in a movie theatre, you can't do it anywhere. We also have a review of Zack Snyder's "Army of the Dead", I'll tell you what I thought about "Jack Ryan", we tell you about the first teaser for Marvel's "Eternals", and Jeff goes back to the Furiousverse. Again. LOL?

Hi there!

This week we tee up the Friends Reunion Special that debuts May 27th on Crave. Jeff has a scathing review of 'The Woman in the Window' on Netflix. I've got previews of a couple of movies coming to Netflix -- Zack Snyder's 'Army of the Dead', which debuts this weekend, and 'The Ice Road' starring Liam Neeson, which debuts a month later. - Brett

Hi there!

This week, Jeff got an early look at a new series on Prime called 'The Underground Railroad'. We'll also tee up a couple of new movies from Angelina Jolie and Amy Adams, Jeff's got a review of a movie that didn't get great reviews but he still enjoyed it, and I decided to say hello once more to John Wick.
