The Couch Potatoes

Hi there! Last week I'd only watched four episodes of The Handmaid's Tale by the time we did our show. I finished the first season soon after, and Jeff plowed through it in impressive time. We'll offer our verdict on the season. Hey, better late than never! You should watch it too. Also, I went to see Justice League. I agree with Jeff! Good not great.

Hi there! Jeff went to see Justice League, and while his review is a bit more positive than then consensus, he wasn't blown away. He's also got a review of Murder on the Orient Express, while I finally started watching the Emmy-winning series The Handmaid's Tale and HOLY CRAP IS IT GOOD. - Brett

I know, what a cheesy stupid headline. But, "Thor: Ragnarok" really is cool! Jeff and I will tell you why. He'll also tell you about a little film festival darling called The Florida Project.

Hi there! I plowed through Stranger Things 2 by Monday night, Jeff got through most of it, so we'll review the second season of the Netflix smash hit show. ALSO, it's a new month, so we'll tee up all the big movies coming your way in November.

Geostorm sucks and Jeff loves it! He and his buddy enjoyed it for all the wrong reasons, and he'll tell you why. We'll also tee up Stranger Things 2, which debuted this weekend on Netflix, and I'll tell you whether or not you should watch the new show "The Gifted" if you haven't seen it yet. Also, I ate two bags of chips today and feel gross. - Brett
