There is something magical happening right now. Many of us are awakening to the understanding that we are so much more than we have been taught.

We are all linked, more intimately connected than we may realize. We are powerful as healers, as creators, as beings of light.

The energies of the Earth are shifting. We are receiving frequencies from beyond our planet that are activating our DNA. Like a radio antenna that was broken in two, we are piecing that antenna back together to receive light, which is information. Through meditation, we are re-wiring our brains to learn to listen to, and trust our inner guidance, our intuition, our spirit guides, angels, masters, teachers, loved ones, Source/Spirit/God.

What does this massive shift in consciousness mean in our individual lives? How can we come to terms with what is happening?

We are expanding and opening to new levels. We will be diving into our awakening and the essence of our re-discovering our souls and their unique gifts.

We are being called upon, with the energies of the Earth shifting so rapidly, to dig deep into our shadow sides, our Egos. All of our other work in evolving and doing light work cannot be fully expressed in our human bodies or souls without this essential work. It is not easy, and it is not always fun. But it will free the wild, true aspect of who you are, and bring you to a whole new level in your consciousness expansion.

This meditation will help you identify, and separate from, the energy of the protective ego. You will pinpoint where a negative aspect of your ego resides in your body, identifying its vibration/color/texture, and release it from your body in an energetic separation, replacing new positive energy where this heaviness once resided.

In this meditation, we have the opportunity to see the potential path ahead that is that of our highest and best self, our possible future. After intuitively tapping in to an impression or picture we get of this future, we ​then can begin to face any fears we feel in our bodies as we think about putting ourselves out there and taking action to get closer to this future goal. By visualizing and separating from these fears, and using light to bring about a new vibration of the brilliant future possibility of that which we can become, we can begin to set ourselves free.

Sometimes we come across people in our lives who we find incredibly inspiring, who persevere through significant difficulty for a greater cause. When it comes to our children, as parents we can be sometimes unstoppable. This is the case with Bo Bigelow, who exemplifies someone walking a courageous path through his advocacy for his daughter, tirelessly seeking answers on the rare disease that has rendered her non-verbal, and also in through political activism that is having a direct impact in our country today. Bo Bigelow is a father, writer, attorney, and rare-disease advocate. He and his wife made national news when they used social media to find a diagnosis for the genetic disorder his daughter faces. Those same efforts led him to a researcher who is now investigating the disorder. Bo hosts the podcast “Stronger Every Day” (http://www.portlandrootsmedia.com/and has written a book of the same name. He co-founded Disorder: The Rare Disease Film Festival, slated for October 2017 in Boston. He lives in Falmouth with his wife and two children.
