During last week's broadcast (03/20/25), a non-white person wrote in an emotional tirade (complete with typos) against their discourteous and anti-black non-white co-workers. Gus T. Renegade does not love the black brothers and sisters either. However, focusing our frustrations and anger on black co-workers does not solve problems or get us a raise. Gus has noted over the years that non-white people generally direct most if not all of our workplace animosity towards our non-white colleagues. In spite of the fact that RacistMan & RacistWoman do all the hiring and firing. At any rate, Neutralizing Workplace Racism is not designed for raging against discourteous black co-workers. We attempt to figure out methods to stop any and all incorrect behavior on the job. This week, Gus T. was stunned to see the spirit of Michael Swango alive and well, as a White Milwaukee man was arrested for lacing his coworkers soda pop with super glue. The victim became suspicious after several suspicious bouts of upset stomach. White enforcement officials concluded this was a murder-suicide. The Lewis (attempted) family members emphatically reject this claim and are vehemently pursing a thorough investigation. Reminiscent of the dastardly, Racist conduct of the Los Angeles County Sheriffs and Fire Departments after the death death of Kobe Bryant, when White officials swapped picks of Bryant's charred remains, a White Georgia volunteer firefighter, Scott Kerlin, was terminated and arrested for publicizing pics of the deceased black teens. The Katherine Massey Book Club @ The C.O.W.S. hosts the debut study session on Abraham Bolden's The Echo From Dealey Plaza. This week, President Donald J. Trump dumped thousands of previously classified documents related to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. So far, no arrests have been made, and we're still under the System of White Supremacy. But we'll use the renewed interest in one of the most well known true crime subjects of all time to review the life and times of the first black Secret Service agent and Kennedy's murder. The late Neely Fuller Jr. said this assassination was the most shocking, traumatizing event he ever witnessed - more so than the 9/11 attacks or the election of Barack Obama. Mr. Bolden was a part of the secret service detail responsible for providing protection for the president and other powerful Whites. We'll hear his views on this still baffling murder as well as his experience being a privileged black male in one of the most prestigious law enforcement agencies in the world. Those in the US lost an hour as we moved the clocks forward and ditched mittens and thick coats for short pants and company picnics and the official arrival of spring. Gus encourages non-white workers to not get carried away with the warm weather - meaning no tight-fitting "muscle shirts" or extra short skirts to show all your "merchandise." Clothing sends a message in the workplace. We'll also discuss the distress signal from a group of South African scientists studying in the frigid regions of the Antarctic. Apparently, one of the workers threatened to kill a colleague, and S. African officials confirmed that one of the team members was assaulted. The Context of White Supremacy welcomes Aran Shetterly. Classified as a White Man, Mr. Shetterly studied at Harvard, is a “journalist and narrative historian,” and a non-fiction writer. He’s lived in Costa Rica, Cuba and Mexico, and his black wife Margot Lee may own the title as best writer in the family. She authored the bestseller, Hidden Colors: The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Mathematicians Who Helped Win the Space Race. The local history of Alabama White Supremacy in book and film format. Mr. Shetterly does his best as the 2nd best writer in his house with his 2024 offering, Morningside: The 1979 Greensboro Massacre & The Struggle for an American City’s Soul. Gus found this book in response to the passing of Rev. Nelson Johnson, who transitioned earlier this year. Mr. Johnson was nearly killed - and, ultimately, blamed, for the November 3rd, 1979 Greensboro massacre. White Terrorists coordinated with local police, the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, & Firearms, journalists, and probably other Whites to kill 5 people. No Whites were ever criminally charged for the slaughter. One of Wilson's black fraternity brothers is accused of using boxing gloves to bludgeon him into cardiac arrest. In Watts, California, the White owners of S&W Atlas Iron & Metal is accused of repeatedly flaunting the laws and disposing of hazardous material in a reckless. A high school shares the "neighborhood" with this facility, and non-white students have reported explosions, dust, and flying projectiles from the negligent manufacturer. With some encouragement from "Irie in Louisiana," Gus T. was able to speak with Sade Robinson's mother, Sheena Scarbrough. She reminded Gus that nearly a year after her 19-year-old daughter was murdered, she still has not recovered her child's head. She also informed Gus about other missing and murdered non-white females, Emily Pike and Kayla Sobczak. The Katherine Massey Book Club @ The C.O.W.S. hosts the 4th and final study session on the late Dr. Maya Angelou's A Song Flung Up To Heaven. This is the 6th autobiography in her 7 book memoir series. We read books 1, I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings, and 4, The Heart of a Woman. Dr. Angelou now reigns as the only author to have three books read on the Katherine Massey Book Club. We're reading this book to hear Dr. Angelou's depiction of the assassinations of Minister Malcolm X and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Last week, Dr. Angelou details returning to New York to hobnob with James Baldwin and her black artist and entertainer friends. Of course, they consume copious amounts of alcohol at all times. "The African" (Vus) returns to her life, even after they agreed to end their alleged marriage. She shares many of her mother Vivian Baxter's aphorisms and life sayings. Most of them are about as raggedy as the morning after a Mad Dog 20/20 hangover. Dr. Angelou then describes her tremendous disdain for Eldridge Cleaver and his controversial text, Soul On Ice. Baldwin seems to conclude that her primary problem with Cleaver's book is his alleged personal attack on Baldwin. He pleads with Dr. Angelou to look beyond her personal animosity to grasp the historic value of Cleaver's insight into the homosexual activity that Race Soldiers encourage in US prisons. During last week's broadcast, "Victim in New Jersey" informed us that a privileged black male on his job had been terminated. Unfortunately, this Victim has a documented history of volatile conduct and conflict with other coworkers. Since being terminated, this black male began loitering in the employee parking area for days. C.O.W.S. listeners were asked for the most constructive course of action. Gus T. would generally contact local enforcement officials as well as company security and human resources if a disgruntled ex-employee continued to trespass on company property. However, those interested in offering resources and sympathy to a Victim of Racism should think of the safest way to do so, while encouraging this male to stop trespassing. This week, we heard more examples of black people being called a niggra while at work. Again, it is imperative that all Victims of White Supremacy develop and adhere to their code about responding to Racist insults. Speaking of "painfully familiar," we hear more reports of black males being falsely accused of workplace theft and our young vegan scholar "Z" was tormented by a White classmate after her academic brilliance earned her a national prize. The first time a student in this geographic area won such an honor. The RacistChild who had been taunting "Z" won the most recent competition and had the local newspaper announce that he was the first child in the region to ever win this prize. Gus suspects this may all have been a masterfully crafted lie that was a full year in the making. Importantly, after much public debate and White hand-ringing, the bridge remains named after a Klansman in 2025. Organizers of this weekend's anniversary march openly question how much progress has been made since that day of White Terrorism. In Germany, a half dozen White men were arrested and charged with plotting to overthrow the German government and kidnap the health minister. The spirit of Dr. Frances Cress Welsing is demanding that alleged counter-racists pay attention to what's happening in this part of so-called Europe 🇩🇪 "Retired Firefighter in Florida" alerted us to the tragic hazing death of of Southern University's Caleb Wilson. Wilson's black fraternity brothers are accused of criminal hazing and manslaughter in the killing of the 20-year-old engineering student by beating him in the chest with fists and objects. Oddly, she laments the lack of attention she receives while everyone is focused on the smoldering ruins and shootin' and lootin'. With a reputation as a poet, not a historian, Dr. Angelou is scant on specific details about what's happening during the infamous SoCal battle. The late Wanda Coleman wrote that a few of Dr. Angelou's descriptions of the Watts kerfuffle are factually incorrect. Later, the Wake Forest scholar tells us that she and her "former husband" Vus, who is not named in this book, attempt to reconcile. It fails miserably, and they resume the same toxic, destructive arguments they had on a different continent. We noted that the daily consumption of alcoholic beverages is a theme in both Dr. Angelou memoirs we read this year.
