Gus T. safely returned from California with a cache of organic produce (yellow watermelon), gigabytes of documents on Jonestown, and an eye to the future arrival of digitized resources. While Gus was researching in the Bay Area, the post-election chin-wagging has continued. Numerous publications have highlighted the alleged sorrow and disappointment of black female voters who caped for VP Kamala Harris. Gus didn't hear as much about the Florida conviction of Susan Lorincz, who killed Ajike Owens last summer. Lorincz shot Owens through her house door, after Owens reportedly confronted the White Woman about terrorizing her small children. After spending over a month in the "Golden State," Gus T. debriefs on his California Counter-Racist Sojourn. We hear details on Gus' November 18 visit to Evergreen Cemetery in Oakland, the mass burial cite for the Victims of the Jonestown slaughter. Gus spoke with relatives of those who were killed in Guyana and was able to ask a group of these black people if they thought Rev. Jim Jones was a Racist. Gus also details the experience of visiting the special collections libraries at Stanford University and the University of California at Berkeley. Gus did not encounter any black librarian employed with special collections at any of these California libraries he visited. White professors like Dr. Phil Zimbardo, who conducted the infamous Stanford prison study, has massive boxes of files on the Peoples Temple and Jim Jones - including years of interviews he conducted with survivors of the Guyana slaughter. Dr. Zimbardo taught his White Stanford students about Jonestown in connection to Nazi Germany. While on this massive counter-racist business venture, Gus saw Erykah Badu, visited Stanford 8 times, Cal-Berkeley 7 times, UCLA twice and USC once. Even while researching in California, Gus T. makes time for The Context of White Supremacy's weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 11/15/24. It's been a staggering work experience in the Bay Area, and Gus T. was prescient starting this pilgrimage with the mindset of a business expedition. It's been all business. While in the Bay Area, a listener mailed Gus T about a number of workplace concerns. Significantly, she used the term "uncomfortable" to describe her situation. Here at Neutralizing Workplace Racism we have covered all of her major concerns, which included: changing jobs to minimize contact with Racist; using your personal vehicle for rideshare; White co-workers making sexual/crude remarks towards you; the impact of inclement/winter weather on your commute. Gus T. and Neely Fuller Jr. for years have each stressed that non-white people should expect White co-workers to practice Racism. Non-white people should expect anti-black mistreatment from non-white co-workers. Counter-Racism on job means expecting this mistreatment and having constructive, pre-planned responses to neutralize this abuse. Trump will be the next President of the United States.... again. Pollsters and White journalists lied to us again, suggesting there was a close contest between VP Kamala Harris and Trump. #Beatdown Trump vanquished all competitors with a lot of help from White Women. Along side the Trump reunion, a White Man attempted a White Terrorist attack in Nashville, Tennessee. 24-year old Skylar Phillipi has been publicly labeled a White Supremacist and accused of attempting to create mass destruction in the "volunteer state." Phillipi's act of domestic terrorism reminded Gus of the December 2020 attack in Nashville where a White Man, Anthony Quinn Warner, detonated an improvised explosive device days before White Jesus' birthday. This blast was near a major cell phone network and disrupted service to over 10,000 phones and occured approximately 2 weeks before the January 6th Terrorist Breach of the Capitol. The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 11/09/24. The 2024 US Presidential Election is done. Trump triumphed again. Regardless of the outcome, the code remains: No Politics on the job - especially during election week. We hear how non-white people navigated this week - including minimizing conflict and verbal squabbles with other non-white coworkers. In fact, Gus added that he would not be interested in commiserating and weeping about the pending Trump sequel at the White House. Stick to your paid job description - which invariably does not include weekly political commentary. Sadly, we heard from non-white listeners that Victims of Racism used the election as justification for sending crass, Racist gifs to other non-white people. Some went further and shared unprofessional content with colleagues even though they've never exchanged views about politics. Lots of non-white people detailed a variety of anti-black conduct and abuse from other black co-workers. Discourtesy from other non-white employees should never be a surprise in the workplace. The Katherine Massey Book Club @ The C.O.W.S. hosts the 7th study session on Andrée Blouin's My Country, Africa: Autobiography of the Black Pasionaria. A pivotal figure in the history of counter-racism/anti-colonialism throughout the continent of Africa, Blouin is not as well known as South Africa's Madiba and Winnie Mandela, Kenya's Maus Maus and other freedom fighters who participated in combating White Terrorism in Africa. However, Blouin was of monumental importance and, consequently, a target of CIA/White Supremacy campaigns. Gus T. was ignorant about Ms. Blouin, but she was prominently featured in the new documentary, Soundtrack to a Coup d'État - which examines the assassination of Patrice Lumumba. The film makes time to quote from Blouin's autobiography about the efforts to assassinate she, her family and Lumumba. Last week, Blouin detailed her intimate connection with her attempted mother. Despite the fact that her mom detested her counter-racist efforts - even her work to get better medical treatment for non-white children. Blouin detailed the sad history of black males abusing black females to release their frustrations about the System of White Supremacy. #FirstTimeLastTime Portions of her work also seemed to suggest that Blouin's activist work was the result of her having a White father and producing children with several White Men. She contrasted the White Male ambition with the alleged cowardice and abuse of black males. This didn't sound like her mother's former partner Joseph Mialou, a decent black male whom her mother rejected. The Context of White Supremacy hosts live election night coverage of the tussle for the White House. Gus predicted the return of Donald J. Trump, but VP Kamala Harris may surprise Gus. We'll see if non-white listeners voted or if folks have read anything about violence related to the election in their part of the world. During the course of the broadcast, we learned that Florida rejected recreational cannabis. Governor Ron Desantis beamed with pride. Gus attempted to avoid the hoopla of the day by

hiding out at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Their 7 floors of paintings, sculptures and photographs includes dozens of works that deal directly with the System of White Supremacy. Gus was especially impressed with the brilliance of Ernie Barnes and Robert Colescott - two black male painters. However, Gus was stunned to learn that SFMOMA is an election voting center - probably because of its central location easy access. Gus T. Renegade is on the second - and substantially longer - portion of his California pilgrimage. Now in San Francisco, Gus has been able to research the Peoples Temple, Zebra Murders and the assassination of Dr. Marcus Foster - all of which is rooted in Bay Area history. Gus has also been more mindful of the presidential election since escaping Los Angles.

Vice President Kamala Harris worked in the District Attorney's Office hear in the 415, but recent reports show here California support is lagging. In Florida, an 18-year-old White teen was arrested after brandishing a machete in front of election workers. Gus T. hosted this program live from the main branch of the San Francisco Library after an afternoon robust researching. After taking one week off to visit Los Angeles for the American Film Institute's 38th Film Festival, Gus T. relocated to San Francisco for the meat of the Jonestown Research Project. Gus can't stress enough the importance of having a code for business travel - which includes lots of research about potential safety hazards of your travel location. We also discuss a recent report which highlights the dwindling numbers of black males enrolled at Historically Black Colleges & Universities. The Covid-19 health pandemic and the election of former President Donald J.
