Abby Wolf is a singer-songwriter and actor based out of Los Angeles.  Growing up in Albuquerque, she began fronting indie college rock bands when she was just 14. In the late 90s she relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her own solo music. Wolf hung up her guitar for many years while mothering two children, but after using music to help process grief she was going through, she came back on to the music scene. She has exploded back with songs that reflect the passion and turbulence of modern adult life in America.

Today’s guest is Alison Burckhardt. Throughout her 37 year career at Nordstrom, she held leadership roles in Buying and Merchandising, Store Management, Marketing and Product Development. She had the opportunity to travel the world, interpreting trends from runway to street, sourcing fabrics and factories, and building clothing brands and marketing strategies. 
 Alison loves interior design as it allows her to use so many of her learned skills from retail. her corporate roles allowed her the opportunity to manage large projects, and above all be customer obsessed.”

At Ripple Interiors She likes to work with home owners that are starting over, transitioning their homes as they become empty nesters. Too busy to shop, or take meetings to review story boards, pick furniture, lighting, pillows and paint color. They provide outstanding personalized pet care services to the Jersey City community since 2012, everything from daily small-group dog walks to private cat boarding services! A pet lover since birth, Judy has always had a special connection to animals. From dogs, to cats, to one of her first pets as a child in the Dominican Republic, her 2 chickens: Pito and Pita, she has always said, "There's something about their eyes, their soul rests there for me." However, the stay at home orders due to the pandemic froze most of her business, but Judy has had many pivots in her life and she is taking on a new venture to begin motivational speaking, mentorship, teaching, and coaching other businesses.

Clarissa's passion for coaching can be traced back to her childhood and young adult days. Rukshana Triem, former refugee and Immigrant from Mozambique came to United States in 1990s. She overcame Sexual abuse and became an advocate for parents and childcare providers to support them on their healing journey. She is a C.E.O of Women's Lifestyle coaching, where she helps women overcome their rough past and create their desired beautiful life through sharing their stories on First Time Speakers Catalysts. She coaches women through group coaching, nature retreats, online programs and communities.   Rukshana is also the founder of the Firmina Foundation a 501(3)C non profit which helps build schools in Mozambique, and in the future, Malawi, and Zambia in Africa. Rukshana holds bachelor’s degree of Science in Human Development and worked as Early Childhood Teacher, Trainer and Mentor.
