In this weeks episode, I had the pleasure to catch-up with Eoin Costello aka Insuleoin! Eoin was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2012 and in this episode, we discuss how his diagnosis came out and how he is on a mission to redefine diabetes. For me, I wanted this podcast to provide some education as I am very uneducated in this topic and Eoin was incredibly open to my questions and thoughts I had.
