I document when and why I started meditating along with how it's changed the way I parent and teach...basically interact with all that life throws at us. Also, how meditation can help teachers avoid burnout by practicing selfcare.

I document a portion of a parent conversation regarding where it is I'm coming (a place of love) from and why it matters when being a teacher that wants to see students become their best selves.

I document some thoughts on a video I watched about what society might look like in 2025. It made me think about the skills we are teaching in our classrooms and how we can prepare our students to reinvent themselves as learners when they need to.

I document my reflection on how a school year has lots of bumps along the way and how I/we are currently experiencing one. I focus on the process I'm using to 'deal' with the issues we're having and how the process itself is something that may lead to increased credibility with my students (we'll see...).

I document (with some help from my 5 year old) a theme of focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses from student-teacher conferences and how my perspective has changed as a teacher/parent about what we may need to focus on more as the world changes around us faster and faster.

I document a positive opportunity where I felt like I responded to student feedback (to read more!) and also share some struggles our classroom is experiencing right now...and how I'm attempting to respond to where they are at vs. react.

I reflect on what I'm doing with this podcast and how it relates to what Haw did in the book, Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson. Basically, it seems like I'm documenting what I'm experiencing/learning as I teach which is basically what Haw did for Hem...who didn't want to change or look for new cheese.

I document the aftermath of showing a music video about suicide that a student sent me and how the sharing of my past struggles (and message of love) could have literally saved a life...and that teachers have this type of impact on their students on a daily basis.

I document my thoughts about not letting people who have no idea what we do as teachers negatively impact us. It's simply not worth it.

I document the process of trying to better understand my role as a teacher as it relates to the dreams my students have for themselves.
